Gretchen + Shawn | The Lodge at Welch Allyn

We headed to The Lodge at Welch Allyn to cover the wedding of Gretchen and Shawn on a beautiful day in August. Gretchen was referred to us by her friend and co worker,Lyndsay Root (our very first Bemont Photo bride.)This was our first wedding at The Lodge. We've since done another and have yet another on the books. It's not too far a drive from our home base in Rochester, NY and it's a great venue. We easily found a secluded and romantic area to do a first look and the large back deck was great for some fun bridal party shots. Gretchen had one of our all time favorite bouquets with a brilliant pop of blue that tied in well with the table settings and bridesmaid's dresses. Later in the evening, everyone took full advantage of the huge dance floor and we were able to capture some really fun moments of the party.
