Western New York is a large category invented by geography and website navigation. For us it has meant weddings at Genesee Country Village, Letchworth, Jerris Wadsworth, Wingate Barn, The Gallagher, Woodsmith Estate, Maison Albion, Hillcrest Estate, and plenty of places between them.
This page covers historic villages, country estates, barns, parks, and the venues that sit outside the tidier Rochester, Buffalo, and Finger Lakes labels. We like all of them for the same reason we like city weddings: once the people arrive, the address becomes much less important.
Wedding-day travel within 45 minutes of Rochester is included. Farther weddings have a flat $225 travel fee.
